Why Strength Matters More After 60
From our mid-60s onwards, naturally the rate at which our muscle mass declines rapidily increases, as well as loss of balance and bone density if we don’t actively work to maintain them.
The good news? Strength training is the most effective way to slow this process — and even reverse it.
