Here, you won't find mirrors or bulky machines. Instead, we emphasise mastering your bodyweight and using versatile tools like dumbbells, sandbags and barbells to move the way your body was designed to.

Nutrition Coach & Member Liaison

AFN Certified

Pharmacy Technician by day and go to nutrition coach at Element Strength Collective. She has a strong passion for how the body moves and how smart, sustainable nutrition supports a strong and healthy lifestyle. Expect loads of tasty wholesome recipes with Zero diet BS. 

As our member liaison, Tach is basically everyone's Gym Mum, and she'll make sure you are given the care you deserve.
